Monument Developments is a General Contracting, Project Management consulting firm established in 2008. We offer clients a simple, realistic and straight forward construction experience, as to many times we have seen clients become intimidated, confused or angered by the process. Our desire is to make it understandable, transparent and straight forward. We pride ourselves on providing a less-stress-easy-construction process and informing/ teaching the client along the way. You have the big picture and we make it happen through the details. We provide clients with peace of mind, ensuring that the job is proceeding in the desired way but still keeping all the technical and day to day details off your plate, all while ensuring your involvement via every step of the way.

Monument Developments is a small company with a vary small business overhead, we do not markup prices off sub trades or consultant’s fees, we only charge for our services rendered. These factors allow us to price all the mentioned services very competitively and on average lower then any similar marketplace competitor.

Having a Carpentry/ Construction management background means we see these projects from a practical “Real world” based point of view. Architects, Designers, and Engineers are absolutely vital to a project but they sometimes see a job from a theoretical point of view. We are tradespeople and managers and we know the intangible factors that come up on a jobsite day by day, we can come up with practical solutions to problems that may arise and we have a good practical rapport with trades on site.
